SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES

Dear Concrete Wave Subscriber:

It has become evident that 3rd class mail is very sporadic. Some folks get their issues insanely quickly, others are waiting for weeks. Many subs never even get delivered! The situation is creating more trouble than breaking a kingpin or blowing out a bearing!

So, in order to rectify things, I have decided to make all future subscriptions strictly first class. For about $2 more per issue, you will receive the magazine quickly. Very quickly!

If you are currently a 3rd class subscriber, and you would like to upgrade your subscription to first class, please email me. I will let you know the cost - it's simply based on the number of issues you have left. If you have 2 issues left, it's $2 per issue x 2 = $4. Not a huge amount to receive the mag asap!
